Hebrew School
Know someone who would love our new Hebrew School? Our Wednesday afternoon program features a new Hebrew program that focuses on tefilah and connects nicely to the services we will be holding during Shabbat Shelanu. We are also spending time learning about Jewish holidays, Israel, God and stories from the Torah.
Hebrew High and Confirmation
At Beth David, our post-B’nai Mitzvah teen learning is accomplished in two groups: Hebrew High students (8th through 10th grade) participate in interesting and engaging conversations surrounding the ideas of Judaism in our everyday lives. In Confirmation (11th and 12th grade), the rabbi encourages students to develop a meaningful relationship with their “personal Judaism” before going to college. Both groups meet on select Sunday afternoons from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
