Tikun Olam - Repairing an Imperfect World

Beth David at Abbotswood - We have many congregants who live at Abbotswood and are unable to attend minyan regularly.  The Religious Life Committee is leading a monthly minyan for residents, family members, and all who wish to join us.  Minyan is held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Music Room at Abbotswood. 

Beth David Urban Ministry Days/Meals - Each month there will be volunteer opportunities for our community with Greensboro Urban Ministry.  If you are available to serve dinner at Pathways on the first Monday of the month, please contact JoAnn Steele, chair, at Joannfsteele@triad.rr.com.   Call for details to get involved!  Also, the Greensboro Food Bank is in need of our help! 

Mobile Meals - First Monday and third Monday of each month.  Meals and detailed route instructions for the day are picked-up at Henshaw United Methodist Church, 4501 High Point Rd.  Meals are delivered approximately 10am to Noon.
